Arrrrrgh!

Life with a 2 yr old and a newborn is quite chaotic. Right now I am typing with one hand and holding Parker in the other. I'll have to say I am pretty fast typer with just one hand. Yesterday Shaun went to Vernal for work and did not get home until today at noon. Ask me how much fun that was. I do not know how single mom's do it. I would be a basket case or an alcoholic (ha ha ).

Well Parker thinks that she should have a boob in her mouth 24/7. This is my 1st time breast feeding. Hayden would never latch on. I'm still trying to decide if it's for me. Don't get me wrong I love it but, it is very time consuming. I'm having a hard time trying to relax and enjoy it. I'll I do is look around at my house and see Hayden's destruction. I'm kind of a clean freak. I have to say I'm not as bad as before children. Before kids I was constantly vacuuming. I had an obsession with carpet lines. I honeslty wonder what my house would look like if I decided not to clean for just one day. You know what let's not go there. I might have a panic attack.

Good Luck with the Breast Feeding, I could never do it. Also good luck with the house cleaning adventure. I decided when my kids were young it was better to spend the day with them and catch up the house after they were going to bed. It saved on the stress issues.

you crack me up Jodie. Yes, Ms. Clean-Freak over here! I have a panic attach when someone messes up the house. I know how you feel. But you have to admit, you kids are SO cute and hilarious! It's okay to have a messy house once and a while! :)

Somehow that clean freak gene totally skipped me.. if you want to picture what your house would look like if you didn't clean it for a day just come over and look at mine and you will go home feeling much better.
First off, I am so glad to see a new post and new pictures of little pawka. She is so stinking adorable, Jod!

Ok Jod, here is my philosophy on breastfeeding. I loved it because it forced me to sit down and do nothing for at least a few minutes. Your house will always be there and the messes aren't going anywhere so they will be there when you are done. Ü I loved nursing because it burned calories that I obviously would not have burned on my own, and it's good bonding time. But... if it's not for you than just do what makes you happy and what works for you.

And last of all.. give those cute kids some luvs for me. They are too sweet.

I'm a bit of a clean freak, too. As soon as our company is gone I have to reclean the house before I can go to bed. Sometimes that ends up being pretty late. Ü
