WOW I suck at this. Really I rarely have a moment to myself I usually have one kid whining. Well lets see what's been going on in my life. The last few months we have had many Dr. visits for Hayden. He has proved to be the million dollar kid. First we took him to see an allergist because I suspected he had food allergies and I was right. He is allergic to eggs and soy. Do you know how many things have soy in them. EVERYTHING! this is so frustrating. I literally have to read every package I buy. I takes so long to grocery shop. Later we realized he is milk and gluten intolerant. I am very strict about what he eats because if he eats any of these things evil Hayden emerges. Since I have corrected his diet he is a much better child. He actually listens to me and is finally starting to talk. Next we went and saw a neurologist. Hayden does have a mild cerebral palsy. It's barely noticeable he just seems extra clumsy. If any of you remember what he went through at birth. I cannot complain. A couple of months ago Hayden started a structured play class at DDI. He goes twice a week. He loves it. He has learned so much they actually moved him up to the next higher class Play n Learn. He makes little art projects and sings songs. So all day long he wants me to sing songs with him and I love every bit of it. He actually starts the early 3 year old preschool class in January where he will get speech therapy which is very exciting for me because my insurance will not pay for private speech therapy.
Parker doing wonderful. She is a little piggy. She's almost 6 months old and weighs about 15lbs. She will literally eat anything I give her. She loves her bother she smiles and laughs at him. The other night Hayden was in the bath and I took her in there with me. She laughed hysterically at him splashing in the tub. One of those moments you'll never forget.
Well now I have caught up on my life for last two months. I guess I can go another two months. Just kidding.

That picture is so sweet. I am so glad that things are going better with Hayden. Pretty soon you'll have down all of the ingredients in anything you pick up. I do feel for you though. That has got to be so time-consuming.
I know that Hayden is going to LOVE preschool. I just love that little guy. I love that little Parky too. Give her a squish for me.
Wow, you've had a hard month! I'm glad you've figured out his allergies. Good luck!
Allergies are awful to worry about with kids. My sister Laura's little girl was allergic to all dairy products and peanuts. She actually completely got rid of the dairy allergy when she was about
4, but will never be able to eat peanuts. I'm sorry you have to worry! Love those pictures. The kids are so cute.
You're such a good mom. Some moms would just say "I have a rotten kid" but you've taken the time to notice what effects him.
I love the preschool program. Zion has grown so much socially and verbally since she started.
Thanks! Sometimes I feel like the evil mom who doesn't let my kid eat all the fun things other kids get to eat. I know it's whats best for him and maybe someday he'll thank me for it.
Happy birthday!
